Program Overview
Dada8 offers an Affiliate Program that remunerates partners for introducing eligible players who engage with Dada8-branded products. Referrals are tracked through unique affiliate identifiers linked to marketing activity. Commissions accrue on the lifetime wagering activity of referred players, in accordance with the Affiliate Agreement.
Commission Model
The standard compensation is a revenue-share arrangement. Affiliates earn a percentage of the net gaming revenue generated by referred players. The baseline rate is up to 15% of lifetime net gaming revenue, with potential for higher terms for high-volume partners or negotiated arrangements. Payouts are calculated monthly and issued after the close of each calendar month, subject to the minimum payout threshold.
Tracking, Attribution, and Reporting
Affiliates receive access to a secure dashboard showing clicks, sign-ups, qualified players, and generated revenue. Tracking relies on cookies and unique identifiers. The attribution window for qualifying activity is sixty (60) days from initial referral interaction, subject to policy and regulatory requirements. Data presented reflects activity within the Affiliate Portal; discrepancies should be reported for review.
Onboarding and Compliance
To participate, applicants submit a formal Affiliate Application. Dada8 conducts due diligence to verify identity, regulatory eligibility, and marketing capability. Upon approval, affiliates gain access to onboarding materials and the Affiliate Portal. Affiliates must comply with KYC, AML controls, and applicable marketing laws. Marketing materials must not target restricted jurisdictions or underage individuals; violations may result in suspension or termination and withholding of rewards.
Marketing Guidelines
Affiliates may use approved creatives and brand assets provided by Dada8. Any modification requires prior written approval. Affiliates must avoid misrepresentation, bait-and-switch tactics, or claims that cannot be substantiated. All communications should clearly disclose the commercial relationship with Dada8 and align with responsible gaming standards.
Payments and Payouts
Payouts occur on a monthly basis following revenue period close. The Affiliate Agreement sets a minimum payout threshold of USD 100 (or the equivalent in other currencies). Affiliates select their preferred payout method from the available options, including traditional banking transfers and eligible cryptocurrencies, subject to regulatory compliance. All payments are subject to applicable tax withholdings and reporting.
Data Protection and Privacy
Dada8 processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Affiliates retain rights to access, rectify, or request deletion of personal data in line with legal obligations. Security measures are implemented to protect data in transit and at rest.
Responsible Gaming and Compliance
Dada8 maintains responsible gaming policies and AML/KYC compliance across all operations. Affiliates must refrain from encouraging unsafe or illegal activity and must assist in monitoring and reporting suspicious behavior related to referred players. Violations may lead to termination of the Affiliate Agreement and forfeiture of unsettled rewards.
Term, Termination, and Changes
The Affiliate Agreement governs all participation. Either party may terminate the agreement with notice or for material breach. On termination, commissions for qualified activity incurred prior to termination may be payable per policy. Dada8 reserves the right to amend terms, with notice to affiliates; continued participation constitutes acceptance of amendments.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Participation in the Affiliate Program is governed by the terms and conditions of the Affiliate Agreement, which include privacy, AML/KYC, and responsible gaming policies. All disputes arising from the Affiliate Program will be resolved under the governing law stated in the Affiliate Agreement, with competent courts located in the jurisdiction specified therein.
