Scope and Application
These Bonus Terms govern Casino Bonuses, Free Spins, No-Deposit Offers and other promotional offers provided by Dada8 on the Website. They supplement and are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Website. In the event of a conflict, these Bonus Terms prevail over the General Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility and Account Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to participate and be a fully registered, verified customer. Participation is limited to players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is legal and authorized. Dada8 may require documentation to verify identity and address. Bonuses are limited to one per person, household, payment method, IP address, and device; multiple accounts or attempts to bypass restrictions may result in forfeiture of bonuses and winnings.
Activation, Time Limits and Expiry
Bonuses credited to your Bonus Balance are subject to wagering and time limits. Unless stated otherwise in a promotion's terms, bonuses expire 30 days after being credited. Free Spins expire after 3 days. You may only claim each promotion once per account unless stated otherwise in the terms.
Balance Structure and Withdrawals
Dada8 uses a two-balance system: Cash Balance and Bonus Balance. Funds in Bonus Balance are used to meet wagering requirements and may not be withdrawn. Funds in Cash Balance are withdrawable once the wagering requirements for the applicable bonus are met and the Bonus Balance is zero. If a Bonus Balance remains non-zero at the time of withdrawal, the withdrawal may be refused or partially processed with the bonus amount forfeited.
Wagering Requirements and Contributions
Wagering requirements are 40x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. Wagering contributions vary by game type as follows, subject to exclusion:
- Slots (Video Slots) contribute 100% to wagering; Regular Slots 50%;
- Table games (Roulette, Baccarat) contribute 5%;
- Blackjack and Video Poker contribute 1%;
- Live casino games contribute 5%.
Betting Limits During Bonus
While a Bonus is Active, the maximum permitted bet per spin/bet is 5 EUR/USD/ CAD/AUD/NZD (or currency equivalent). The minimum permitted bet is 0.50 EUR/USD (or equivalent). Bets above the maximum or below the minimum may forfeit wagering contributions and lead to forfeiture of the bonus.
No Deposit and Free Spins
No deposit bonuses and free spins are subject to specific terms. Winnings from no-deposit bonuses and free spins are capped at USD/EUR 100, CAD 150, AUD/NZD 150, and equivalent amounts in other currencies as stated in the promotion. Wagering for no-deposit bonuses and free spins is 40x the bonus amount. Activation of free spins may require account verification; some promotions require a deposit or specific actions within a timeframe. Free spins featured in Welcome Offers are issued in stages as described in the promotion terms. Free spins must be activated within 1 day of credit and used within 3 days; unused spins expire. One Bonus at a Time
Only one promotional offer can be active at a time. No stacking of multiple deposit bonuses is allowed unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms. If you cancel a bonus or fail to meet wagering within the time limit, any bonus funds and winnings are forfeited.
Cancellation, Forfeiture and Abuses
You may cancel a bonus at any time, but doing so forfeits the bonus amount and any winnings derived therefrom. Dada8 may suspend or terminate bonuses and winnings in cases of suspected abuse, manipulation, collusion, multiple accounts, or other exploitative behaviour. Examples of abuse include minimal-risk betting patterns, using a bonus to progress through bonus stages and then cashing out, or attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements.
Verification and Privacy
Dada8 may require Know Your Customer verification before processing withdrawals. Identification documents and payment method verification may be requested. Personal data is processed under the privacy policy and these terms apply to data handling.
Geographic Restrictions

Changes to Terms and Governing Law
