General provisions
The betting rules govern the use of the sportsbook operated by Dada8. By placing a bet, the End User confirms awareness of and compliance with these rules and the Operator’s terms and conditions. Minimum ages and identity verification requirements apply as required by applicable law. The Operator may update these rules at any time; changes become binding when published. In case of any discrepancy between language versions, the English version governs. Bets are placed at the End User’s risk where data or odds display may be delayed or incomplete, and the Operator disclaims liability for errors, omissions, or late information.
Account access and responsible conduct
Only eligible individuals may hold an account and place bets. The End User remains responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity conducted through the account. The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close an account in accordance with applicable law and these rules, including where activity appears fraudulent or in potential violation of anti-money laundering or regulatory obligations.
Placing a stake and accepting a bet
All Stakes and Bets are subject to these Betting Rules and applicable law. A bet is considered valid only when expressly confirmed as accepted in the bet slip. The Operator retains sole discretion to accept or reject any Bet. Bets placed online are the sole permissible method of placement; bets received by other means are void. The Operator may correct obvious input errors and apply revised odds for final settlement in pre-live betting where appropriate.
Bet types and settlement framework
The followingbet types are offered, with settlement governed by the rules for each market and the general provisions herein:
- Single bets on a distinct event outcome; payout equals stake multiplied by the stated decimal odds.
- Combination (Combo) bets comprising independent outcomes; all selections must win for the Combo to pay, otherwise the bet loses. Payout equals stake times total odds of the Combo.
- System bets consist of multiple combinations of a fixed size from a set of selections; the stake is the same for each constituent bet, and winnings are based on the aggregate odds of all valid combos.
- Trixie, Patent, Yankee, Canadian, Heinz, and larger multi-bet structures are recognised, with settlements determined by the total odds of the specified structure and the number of winning selections.
- Decimal odds are used for settlement. If a market includes more than two decimal places, rounding applies according to the Operator’s policy.
Live and pre-match markets; data and price integrity
Odds may change during the course of an event. The Operator may suspend or close betting at any time, including when there is suspected irregularities, technical issues, or to maintain betting integrity. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed data and official results, the official governing body result governs settlement unless otherwise provided by the specific Market Rules.
Event timing, injuries, and stoppages
For events with injury or stoppage time, settlements reflect the standard regulation time for the event unless Market Rules specify otherwise. If a change to event duration occurs, bets on that event may become void. Where applicable, bets settled on stoppage or injury time shall be treated as occurring within regular time unless stated otherwise in Market Rules.
Abandonments, postponements, and venue changes
If an event is abandoned or postponed, settlements follow the rules set out for the specific sport and the general rules herein. Abandonments within a defined window may require the final result to be determined by the official score at the governing body; otherwise, unsettled bets may be voided. If a venue change occurs before settlement, bets may be voided unless otherwise stated in the specific Market Rules. If a venue change occurs after the market has opened, some bets may remain valid as determined by the Market Rules.
Results and settlement references
Where a final result is available from the official source, settlement follows that result. If an official result is not available, settlement may rely on available evidence at the time of settlement. The Operator may rely on video material as a reference if available. The Operator’s settlement decisions are final and binding. A 72-hour window may apply to amendments after settlement, during which time official corrections may be considered for finalized markets.
Outright markets
Outright bets concern the eventual winner of an event, tournament, or competition. If a participant withdraws or does not start, such bets may be void. Dead heat rules apply when multiple winners are determined; winnings are adjusted accordingly by dividing the payout among winning selections and returning stakes where required.
Basket of market types and key settlement notes
The Operator offers the following market families, with standard settlement rules: Moneyline, Asian Handicap (including in-play settlements), Handicap, Over/Under, Odd/Even, Correct Score, Half-time/Full-time, First Goal/Last Goal, Kick-off, and Team Total variants. Each market includes its own defined line, with settlement based on the official result or event-specific conditions described in Market Rules. If a market cannot be verified, settlement may be delayed or voided as appropriate.
Cash Out
Cash Out is an optional, standalone offer allowing the End User to fix a new set of conditions for an existing Bet. Acceptance or rejection of a Cash Out offer rests with the End User. Cash Out may be available for both pre-match and live bets and may be modified or withdrawn at the Operator’s discretion without prior notice.
Bet Builder and non-builder bets
Bet Builder allows placing bets on multiple Markets within the same Event to form a single wager. Availability is at the Operator’s sole discretion and may be amended or removed at any time. If a component selection is voided, the remaining selections continue under the terms of the Bet Builder; if all components are voided, the bet is void. Rules for Bet Builder are subject to the general Betting Rules and any sport-specific terms.
Early Payout
Early Payout features may be offered for selected markets. When activated, a qualifying bet is settled as a winner before the event reaches full completion, provided the triggering condition is met. Availability is at the Operator’s sole discretion and can be removed or amended at any time. Bets containing Early Payout selections may still be part of other bet types with conditional settlement rules applying to the non-Early components.
Integrity, compliance, and dispute resolution
The Operator reserves the right to investigate any activity that may affect betting integrity or contravene applicable laws. Any disputes regarding settlements or rule interpretation will be resolved by reference to the Operator’s records and the applicable Market Rules. The Operator’s decisions are final and binding.
